We clean up pretty nicely, right? Unfortunately the nice clothes were short lived, as we had gash on thanksgiving. Gash being the affectionate term applied to cleaning up the kitchen and galley after dinner. It's a fairly deep clean of the food line and all of that. All of our dishes and utencils and whatnot get put through a sanitizer, the floors get swept and mopped, the galley gets vacuumed, etc. Needless to say, it's not work to be done in your holiday best.
